Welcome to FS Building services, we are a small company with 4 main workers & associated trades for specialist works.
We only use skilled trades to carry out all aspects of the works from foundations to the roof works.
All our works come with full back up from certified contractors. For example: Electric & plumbing works are covered by NIEC & GAS SAFE certificates.
We work mainly on domestic projects for clients but can do small commercial works, our range is from £1,000.00 to circa £250,000.00.
Our main types of work are extensions, loft conversions & house refurbishments. Also we carry out quality kitchen, bathroom & conservatory projects.
Aspects of works where large structural alterations are required we can arrange for our professional structural engineer to design the structure & provide all details & calculations for the local authority requirements.
We can arrange for every aspect of the works to be carried out from the drawing of plans for local authority approval right down to the decoration & other finishes.
