My name is Fred Scurr I am director of F S Building services. My background is in the carpentry and joinery trade, having spent three years at College achieving City and Guilds certificates.
My business has been running in London for 20 years.
We are a small business comprising of four full-time staff plus sub-contractors as required. Our main areas of work are in the private housing sector, although we will take small commercial contacts.
We specialise in loft conversions, extensions and property refurbishment See our projects.
Our price range is between £1,000 - £250,000.
We also offer full service on special works such as granite worktops, glass splashbacks and tiling including supply only.
With regard to kitchen and bathroom contracts we supply and fix at competitive prices including survey and structural alterations.
We install underfloor heating as part of projects in electric or water type systems.
We survey, supply and fit conservatories including foundations.
We can produce references that verify that we work to a high standard, including client comments and testimonials.
