Turned small kitchenette/utility area into one kitchen diner
- Removed chimney breast/one small wall
- Installed new steel and new timber framed double glazed French doors
- Installed under-floor electric heating
- Installed new kitchen units – kitchen designed with the help of ourselves
- Constructed external decking in solid treated wood including LED lighting
This project resulted in the complete transformation of the rear of the property.
