Rear Extension
This is a compact rear extension consisting of a kitchen-diner, utility area & small bathroom.
The flat roof has a aluminium lantern skylight with an electronic rain sensor & a remote controlled opening vent.
The kitchen is a high gloss white finished style with corian engineered worktops. The flooring is a split of solid oak flooring & natural slate elsewhere.
In other areas of the ground floor built in shelving & storage has been introduced to maximise space.
