Loft Conversion TW1
This is a small loft conversion on a mid terrace property in TW1 It was designed to be kept in keeping with the style and age of the property.
The conversion was designed by myself in conjunction with the client. It consists of a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Solid oak floors. The access is from a doorway at 1st floor level to maximise floor area in the actual loft space keeping it bright & Open plan.
The velux light to the front roof slope gives good light passing through the loft, giving a greater feeling of space. A small amount of under eaves storage was also achieved to the front slope. Decorated in white walls & woodwork it gives a feeling of a much bigger area.
